1. Introduction

Welcome to the Creative Star Awards, hosted by Creative Arts Dental in Dubai. These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the awards, including eligibility, sponsorship, and associated privileges. By participating in the event, you agree to these terms.

To be eligible for the Creative Star Awards, participants must meet one of the following criteria:

  • • Dentists must submit 5 cases of full-mouth rehab (upper and lower) worth $30,000. This can include veneers, crowns, or all-on-x implants.
  • • Purchase a sponsorship package (Gold, Silver, or Bronze) as outlined below.

Participants can choose to support the event through sponsorship, which provides exclusive branding opportunities and stage time.

    • 3.1 Gold Sponsorship ($50,000)
      • • Full screen display during the ceremony and breaks.
      • • Brochures on tables.
      • • 5 minutes of stage time.
    • 3.2 Silver Sponsorship ($30,000)
      • • Logo display during speech.
      • • 2 minutes of stage time.
    • 3.3 Bronze Sponsorship ($20,000)
      • • Logo on outside screens and media presence.
      • • 1 minute of stage time.
      • • All sponsors will receive 3 stands in the hallway
  • • Payments for sponsorship packages must be made in full at the time of registration.
  • • Once the payment is confirmed, sponsors will receive a confirmation email along with event participation details.
  • • Work orders submitted toward the $20,000 eligibility requirement must be verified by Creative Arts Dental Lab before participation is confirmed.
  • • Location: Atlantis Dubai.
  • • Date: Second half of December (exact date to be provided).
  • • 3-month prior notice for any changes.
  • • Sponsorship payments are non-refundable once confirmed.
  • • Participants who qualify through work orders but fail to meet the $30,000 requirement within the specified timeframe will forfeit eligibility.
  • • In case of event cancellation by the organizers, participants will be offered a refund.
  • • Sponsors must submit their logo files and branding materials at least 3 months before the event to ensure inclusion in marketing materials.
  • • Creative Arts Dental Lab reserves the right to approve or modify any promotional materials to maintain event standards.
  • • All attendees must maintain professional behavior and adhere to the event’s decorum.
  • • Any misconduct or violation of ethical standards may result in disqualification from participation without a refund.
  • • The organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delays arising from participation in the event.
  • • Participants are responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and related expenses.
